The Italian businesses Trust-IT Srl and Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A (ENG) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further strengthen their partnership and collaboration within the context of EU Funded Projects.

The StandICT.eu project, sponsored by the European Commission under the European Horizon programme, is technically coordinated by Trust-IT. They have a leadership and coordination role in the project activities and are responsible for making sure the relevant standardising organisations solve technical issues, which is essential for the development of the European ICT standardised community.

The project CyberSEAS, which is also supported by the European Commission under Horizon 2020, is coordinated by ENG. A project called CyberSEAS seeks to fortify energy supply chains’ overall resilience and shield them from cyberattacks.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Trust-IT and ENG calls for more collaboration between the two groups in the sharing of expertise, knowledge, innovation, and best practices, all of which will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of both projects. The two organisations will increase security and standardisation in the ICT and energy sectors through close collaboration as they work towards shared goals.

By agreeing to this Memorandum of Understanding, the Parties show that they are dedicated to productive collaboration and achieving shared goals in their individual initiatives.
